Victoria has a few different resources available to support someone experiencing a crisis in your business, or otherwise making you or your staff feel unsafe. The printable Numbers to Know sheet is a great resource to have posted in your business.
The Community-Led Crisis Response Team (C.L.C.R.)

When there is a mental health crisis in a business and you don’t want solely police, you can call The Community-Led Crisis Response Team (C.L.C.R.).
The Community-Led Crisis Response Team includes both individuals with lived/living experience, and mental health professionals. It focuses on health, well-being, and community support.
C.L.C.R hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. | Saturday and Sunday, 2 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Integrated Mobile Crisis Response Team

Another option for when there is a mental health crisis in a business and you don’t want solely police.
The Integrated Mobile Crisis Response Team (IMCRT) includes mental health clinicians, psychiatric nurses, child and youth counsellors and plain clothed police officers.
