Goodnews Skateshop is la skater owned and operated skateshop located in downtown Victoria at 609 Johnson Street and online at www.goodnewsskateshop.com. The shop was established in 2017 and is Victoria's only skate exclusive shop. We carry only skate products, shoes, and apparel from brands like: Nike SB, Vans Skate, Coverse CONS, ASICS, New Balance Numeric, Adidas, Dime, Polar Skate Co., Butter Goods, Dickies Skate, FA, Limosine, Hardbody, Frog, Hockey, Violet, Spitifire, Antihero, Real, Krooked, Ace, Independent, and many more.

The shop is committed to supporting the Victoria skateboard scene (and greater Canada) and the owners forgo salary or any profit sharing instead investing anything extra into hosting events, contests, building skate obstacles, sponsoring up and coming riders, and of course pizza and pops for anyone we can.

Goodnews also uses their brand to create unique garments and boards that showcase the artists in our community and give them a platform to highlight their work. We try to source all products in Canada and all design, printing, creation is done locally whenever possible.
