Belmont Building

The Belmont Building, located at 801–807 Government Street and 600–620 Humboldt Street in downtown Victoria, British Columbia, is a historic landmark renowned for its architectural and cultural significance. Completed in 1912, it was designed by architect Samuel Hoult Horton for Belmont Ltd. Notably, it was Victoria's first reinforced concrete office building, standing eight stories tall with 180 rooms intended for office and retail use.
