Victoria is known for its delicious and diverse food. In fact, you’ve probably heard the tried and true adage that Victoria has the highest number of restaurants in Canada per capita, and the second highest in all of North America.
Having so many great food options in the city can make it hard to choose where to eat – that’s why we’ve compiled a list of restaurants with mouth-watering noodle dishes for you to try!
In no particular order, here are 12 noodle places packed with all kinds of international flavours:
Foo Asian Street Food
Foo has been a local staple offering delicious Asian-inspired fusion street food for almost ten years. Located in a snug downtown location, there’s plenty here for noodle lovers to sample. We recommend starting with Foo’s Tuna tataki + Soba Noodle Salad, which has seared rare Albacore tuna, buckwheat soba noodles, cucumber ribbons, and specialty sesame miso vinaigrette.
If you somehow manage to get through the entirety of their unique menu, Foo also offers daily specials for the adventurous foodie, if you’re up for trying something new!

I Kyu Noodles
Nestled in Victoria’s famous Chinatown district, I Kyu Noodles offers authentic Chinese and Japanese flavours with an extensive menu that’ll meet all your noodle needs. Here you can find classics such as teriyaki beef on rice noodles, or specialty dishes such as the coconut shrimp noodle soup.
Multiple rave reviews on Facebook talk about how you can tell the noodles are actually fresh. But don’t take their word for it – go check out what all the hype is about!

La Pasta
In the mood for a high-quality European noodle dish? La Pasta has a range of super tasty Italian food, such as antipasti dishes, pasta bowls, and rotating daily pasta specials. If you’re looking for a place to start on the menu, we recommend trying the antipasti fried lasagna, or the vegetarian penne pasta bowl. Yum!
Address: 1701 Douglas Street
Italian Food Imports
As soon as you step foot inside this Italian deli, you can feel the authenticity glowing from every smile and every aisle. While the food importer offers plenty of fresh sandwiches and paninis, their daily pasta is, in our opinion, the main attraction.
Their pastas are affordable, hearty, and come with a slice of freshly made bread. Eat your meal at this cute location or to take it on the go! You can practically picture an Italian nana from the old country cooking up these delicious dishes with love.
Address: 1114 Blanshard St
Pho Vy
Perfect for the incoming rainy weather, Pho Vy is home to their delicious signature Pho and vermicelli bowls/buns. Each bowl of Pho comes with tasty broth and enough noodles and toppings to satisfy the hungriest of appetites.
Their classic bowls/buns are filled with special vermicelli noodles, and make a perfect alternative for people who are looking for Vietnamese noodles without the soup.
Address: 772 Fort St
Le Petit Saigon
This family-run Vietnamese restaurant has been open for more than 30 years and for good reason: the food is simply superb.
Noodles include traditional Pho, crispy egg noodles, and vermicelli noodle bowls, which can be topped with marinated meats or vegetarian alternatives like tofu. The atmosphere in the restaurant also manages to strike an intimate balance between casual and romantic.

Green Leaf Vietnamese Bistro
Green Leaf Vietnamese Bistro is a delicious and spacious restaurant located just beside Centennial Square. You can expect to find a range of traditional Pho at the Bistro, and an extensive list of specialty soups for noodle-lovers who want to try something unique.
Here’s a description of just one of their specialty Phos: Hủ Tiếu Đặc Biệt, a clear noodle soup full of shrimp, squid, scallops, and custom shrimp balls. Sign us up!

Zambri’s
This Italian, trattoria-inspired restaurant first opened its doors in 1999, and has been delighting customers ever since. Located in downtown’s Atrium building, pasta lovers can find many traditional noodle dishes that come in half- and full-size orders, for those who are feeling particularly famished.
Address: 820 Yates St.
Fan Tan Cafe
If you’ve been to Victoria’s Chinatown district, you’ve probably noticed Fan Tan Cafe’s iconic neon sign. Open for more than 30 years, this Chinese restaurant features a plethora of noodle dishes, available on their own or in combination boxes.
If you want to experience what’s kept their doors open for decades, we recommend trying the Fan Tan Chow Mein that’s loaded with shrimp, Chinese BBQ pork, and sliced vegetables cooked in their house-made chef’s sauce.
Address: 549 Fisgard St.
Il Terrazzo
This beautiful Italian restaurant is the perfect spot for noodle-seekers who want to try Northern Italian-inspired cuisine with a Pacific Northwest twist. The combination of European and Canadian styles produces unforgettable dishes such as the cannelloni e granchio, a pasta with “roasted butternut squash, asiago cheese cannelloni served on a bed of grilled vegetables and coconut curried lentils. Served with crab cakes, topped with cilantro pesto.”
Besides the pastas, sophisticated noodle-eaters can pair their meals with an extensive wine list or a glass of wine recommended by industry professionals and certified sommeliers.
Address: 555 Johnson St.
Park’s Kitchen
Park’s Kitchen offers the best of two worlds, bringing Japanese and Korean food together in one place. On the Japanese side of the aisle, noodle-lovers can find classic udon, ramen, and yaki-soba dishes. For fans of Korean food, Park’s has fusion dishes like kimchi ramen or traditional potato noodle japchae.
You can find this popular dining spot located in the aesthetically appealing Trounce Alley.

Pagliacci’s
Very seldom do you come across a restaurant as established and iconic as Pagliacci’s. First opened in 1979, this Italian restaurant should be one of the first ones to try for those looking for noodles in Victoria.
One of their most popular meals, the Hemingway Short Story, is a tortellini dish stuffed with beef, ricotta, romano & parmesan cheeses. The pasta is then smothered with bacon cream sauce, green onions, parmesan, and baked with cheese.
You can usually find a line leading into the restaurant at Pagliacci’s, but as the restaurant says, “it’s the fastest moving line up in town.”
