Let’s Celebrate Women’s History Month with Talking Shop!

Talking Shop is a project to tell the stories of the local owners and entrepreneurs behind your favourite shopfronts, especially as we battle through these difficult times. Good friends, Metka and Michelle, want to give voice to entrepreneurs who are facing unique problems and finding themselves searching for solutions.

On the Talking Shop blog, you can find conversations with local small business owners and leaders and news from the industry. The aim of Talking Shop is to create a community of #supportlocal advocates.

In October 2020, we partnered with Talking Shop to help support their venture and the wonderful local businesses they were connecting with. To help celebrate Women’s History Month, we are looking back at the articles about women-run businesses that we also featured on our blog!
