Women’s Night sessions are created with the intention of deep rest, presence, and returning to yourself - all within the warmth of community.
Two hours of shared presence: Saunas, cold plunge, sound bath, and meditation. Arrive as you are. Move at your own rhythm. All bodies are welcomed, valued, and celebrated. Spend an evening of connection, self-care, and introspection as we gather to slow down and reconnect. Facilitated by:
