Citrus & Cane is Victoria’s first tropical cocktail bar, run by the wonderful Tim and Jessa! With comfort and beauty, this retro and refurbished space is full of “zest for the sweet life”. They are open Thursday to Monday and are the perfect place to enjoy one of their delicious cocktails with the members of your bubble! If you haven’t been yet, you don’t want to miss out!

“Jessa & I have worked in the local hospitality industry for over 10 years, mostly behind bars.”
What made you want to open Citrus & Cane?
“I have dreamed for years of opening my own bar, but was waiting for the right opportunity.”

“We are Victoria’s first Tropical Cocktail bar, occupying one of the oldest lounges in the city. We offer a very different experience from any other bar in the city.”
What inspires you?
“To always be learning and progressing to do better.”

“We live downtown, and are excited to add to the vibrant nightlife scene.”
What advice would you give others who want to start a business? What would you have liked to know before you opened yours?
“Make sure you are doing it because you love what you do, not just because it will make you money. It’s important to be passionate about what you do, because the days are long!”
