VICTORIA, BC — The Johnson Street Bridge will be closed to all vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians from 9 p.m. Wednesday, September 13 to 5 a.m. Thursday morning. The marine channel under the bridge will also be closed during this time.

The bridge will be at its full open position in order to remove old wooden piles to make way for a large crane barge that will be used during the new bridge installation.

Traffic will be detoured to the Point Ellice Bridge on Bay Street.
