Bike Maintenance 101 - Know Your Bike

Join MEC every Wednesday evening for Bike Maintenance Clinic from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. The 101 clinic is designed to go over basic details to help keep your bike in working order. Please note that all of the 101 clinics are only $10, are limited to 10 people and are a recommended prerequisite to attending one of our more advanced 201 clinics. These clinics are taught by experienced MEC staff and cover a different topic each week, on a four week rotation.

MEC is excited to be continuing throughout the summer and fall a cycle meet-up every Saturday at 10:30am!  Join in for a dynamic and engaging cycling workout with MEC’s energetic and experienced road cyclist, Andrew McCartney. They'll be searching out new routes and getting you ready for your cycling goals! Riders should be comfortable riding in a group at speeds of 27-30km/hr. All rides will leave the store no later than 10:40am, please come ready to go. Post-ride coffee at a predetermined location. This is a “no drop” ride.

Bike Maintenance 101 - Flat Repair

Join MEC every Wednesday evening for Bike Maintenance Clinic from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. The 101 clinic is designed to go over basic details to help keep your bike in working order. Please note that all of the 101 clinics are only $10, are limited to 10 people and are a recommended prerequisite to attending one of our more advanced 201 clinics. These clinics are taught by experienced MEC staff and cover a different topic each week, on a four week rotation.
