What businesses can do

  • Encourage your staff to carpool.
  • Encourage your staff to park on upper levels of the parkades to leave the lower spots open for customers.
  • Consider a monthly bus pass subsidy for staff to encourage ridership.
  • When on-street parking is free, encourage staff to park in City parkades and leave the on-street parking for customers.
  • Consider a business account with Modo for your staff with Modo’s limited time offer for new business members: $250 security deposit and $10 reg fee per driver will be waived. Contact modo to get started.
  • Consider offering delivery services for your customers. If you do offer delivery, let the DVBA know so we can help get the word out.
