Downtown Victoria has enjoyed the confidence of major residential developers for more than 10 years and our community has responded, creating increased demand for downtown residential living. Provided below is a map which plots all residential unions on each block within the DVBA’s boundaries. A chart is also available below the map with itemization of each of the residential developments built since 2005 including the year constructed, number of units in each, and whether they are condominiums or rental units.
