2017 Canadian Winner Chris Ens, 2021 Global Champion James Grant and 2022 Canadian Winner Massimo Zitti will present their cocktails to the guests alongside the Fairmont Empress bar team.

Paired with all this will be creative bites from Executive Chef Morgan Wilson, who brings over 30 years of culinary experience to a culinary style “without borders,” inspired by the Pacific Northwest and its abundance of local ingredients. Mingle and enjoy the passed canapés, live music and creative cocktails in a beautiful historic setting.
