Performance management doesn’t stop with setting goals and meeting objectives. When it comes to managing employee performance, there are complex topics and nuanced issues that require finesse to address. If you struggle with giving feedback to an employee based not on what they do, but on how they do it, you’re not alone!

This session builds on the foundations laid in Performance Management – Level 1, diving deeper into the grey areas of personality and attitude while also outlining all the variations a performance management framework can encompass. You’ll leave with practical skills to help you address complex performance management scenarios with confidence and intention.

This event occurs over two half-days: Tuesday, December 7th & Thursday, December 9th from 9:30 am -12:30 pm PST.
