Get in shape with a Latin Workout! Stretch away your stiffness and then get in shape the way dancers do to Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha, Reggaeton and more! This class will also improve your body movement, timing, coordination and more and is guaranteed to make you sweat!
All levels welcome! No partner or dance experience required. Classes are registered on a monthly basis and take place every Tuesday from 9:00- 10:00pm.
