Just in time for the holidays, this demonstration cooking course is sure to perk-up your appetizer repertoire. You’ll learn to make a variety of appetizers including potato flatbread, gyoza dumplings, with pork and shrimp (and a vegetarian variation), warm marinated olives with goat cheese and a port and fig compote so delicious you’ll want to make a double batch to give away as Christmas gifts.

Plenty of samples are included. Class length may vary depending on student numbers, questions, etc.
