David Graff – “Elements Converge”

Elements Converge is David Graff’s latest collection of new, abstracted landscape paintings.

A multi-talented creative, David’s artistic journey started in the late ’80s as a singer/songwriter in Los Angeles. In 1994, the urge to expand into visual arts led him to create his successful faux-finishing company. Working on high-end residential and commercial projects, including the Wilshire Grand, earned him an Interior Design Institute Award in 2001. By 2002, he pivoted to creating paintings and three-dimensional works.

Dramatic mixed-media paintings combine a unique combination of metallic leaf, transparent colour glazes and high-sheen resin. With his unique background, David has created an engaging and mesmerizing visual language. Leaning into the natural world that surrounds him on Bowen Island, there is a presence within each painting that exudes contemplation.
