Circular Economy Speaker Series: Reducing Food Waste

Hungry for knowledge, and local food samples? Register for the City of Victoria’s upcoming Speaker Series to learn from local experts working to rescue and redistribute local food to the community, and taste examples of upcycled food products.

Residents, business owners, and non-profit organizations are invited to attend this in-person session to learn how a circular economy is growing in Victoria to reduce food waste.

Following the presentations and panel discussion, attendees are encouraged to visit booths set up around the room to see and taste examples of rescued food from our community. Yes, we said TASTE!
