Chicken Pot Pies and Apple Turnovers

In this demonstration cooking class, you’ll learn to make a savoury chicken pot pie, one of my most popular recipes. I’ll show you how to make a roasted chicken stock (the secret to any great soups or stew) and a flaky pastry dough that’s suitable for any pie.
You’ll also learn to make apple turnovers with rum-soaked raisins. Turnovers can be frozen (unbaked) so you can enjoy them fresh from the oven anytime.
Plenty of samples are included. Class length may vary depending on the number of guests, questions, etc.
