You’ll find the perfect present for your girlfriend, grandma, brother or bad boyfriend at these two stores. If it’s upbeat or offbeat, they’ve probably got it! Plus, they are a bit cat crazy… After all, they did name their stores after their two kitties. (Yes, there really is a real Oscar & Libby.)
