Stephanie loves meeting new people and getting an understanding of each individual’s “ big picture”. Her approach varies from person to person depending on what she can intuitively pick up from the body. Through her practice, she has seen the power of simply helping the nervous system to “drop” in order to regain equilibrium through the many layers of the body; which in turn results in a faster recovery.
Stephanie takes a creative approach to help determine a “ home-care” plan that works for the individual. She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher and as such incorporates breathing into her practice.
Outside of work, you can catch Stephanie in nature: trail running with her pooch, mountain biking or playing in our beautiful oceans. She is a world traveler and even lived on the beaches of Australia for 5 years. Don’t ask her about surfing there, unless you have a whole day to chat.
