Gain insight on how to take care of yourself during the transition of the seasons from Winter to Spring. As a student of Traditional Chinese Medecine, Meagan loves to weave TCM wisdom into the yoga classes she leads. In this guided Yin Class you will receive healing on many sensory levels through aromatherapy, live acoustic music, therapeutic touch with Chinese herbs, and candle light. Be prepared for full relaxation. Bring comfortable clothing to stretch, the room will be neutral to warm. Notepads and pens welcome.
