Maritime Museum New Year's Day Levee

Location: Maritime Museum of BC

Event: Ring in the New Year with a cup of cheer, some entertainment and tours. Open free of charge, the Museum has added tours to the event this year to add a personal connection to BC’s maritime culture. Levees in Canada started with the early fur traders who would travel to the fort to pay respect to their government at the start of the new year.

A Viennese New Year's
