Spanish Soul: Tapas, Paella and more with Chef Michael Williams.
Fantastic music, amazing dance, entertaining festivals and incredible food… Spain is all about flair.  One of my favourite dishes to cook and a dish that makes for an impressive main dinner course is paella.  But before we get to the main event we will work on delicious classic Spanish tapas to warm your taste buds and hone your entertaining skills. 
 
Come hungry as we will make and eat the following amazing menu:
  •         Patatas Bravas con Romesco Sauce (Roast potatoes with Aoili)
  •         Gambas al ajillo (Garlic white wine shrimp)
  •         Croquetas de Jamon Serrano y Manchego (Ham and cheese croquettes)
  •         Paella de Valencia (Chicken, Mussel, and Chorizo paella)
