Nourish Your Soul: A Wellness Workshop Inspired by The Desire Map

What does wellness mean to you? What does it taste like? Feel like? Look like? Join us for an afternoon of exploration, connection and mindfulness at MokSana Yoga Center as we delve into health, wellness, embodiment, self-acceptance, gratitude and so much more. Using Danielle LaPorte's Desire Map process, you will dive deep into the Body & Wellness life area and compassionately and honestly look at what choices are serving you and which are inhibiting your well being. The Desire Map is a tool that turns goal setting inside out: it's an internal process for making external choices.

From this workshop you will determine and declare your core desired feelings; you will then set some clear intentions for creating and cultivating your own ideal state of health and wellness. This workshop will include guided meditation, journaling, group discussion, and activities.

Bring your journal/notebook and favourite pen or pencil. Yoga mats are available to borrow if needed. Please bring your own beverages or snacks. Wear comfortable clothes; there will be a bit of movement and layers are great if the temperature in the room fluctuates. An open mind, willingness to connect with folks in our community and humour are always welcomed!
