Come and learn to slice and dice with Chef Cosmo Meens. A good knife is a primary tool for a functional and effective approach to food preparation. Feeling safe working with your primary tool, in the kitchen, is important to developing your overall comfort in the kitchen.

Cosmo will present different cutting techniques that will be incorporated into recipes he will provide and prepare with you. You will then enjoy the fruits of your labour with a 3-course meal.
 
MENU:
  • Hand-made corn tortilla Tacos with fresh salsa, guacamole, beans, and cheese
  • Shredded Kale and Quinoa salad with apple, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, red peppers and creamy almond dressing
  • Fruit salad with Chantilly Cream
