Join us over breakfast as Dr. Saul Klein presents the 2016 findings of Gustavson’s Brand Trust Index, a survey showing how four different types of trust impact consumer perception and decision-making across Canada last year. Dr. Klein will draw on examples from the school to illustrate the power of these various types of trust.
